All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Multiple Items / Separate Shipments

Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbours, or your local delivery provider. If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us and we will assist where possible.
